1. Introduction & Acceptance

Welcome to MatchonAI ("Platform", "Service", "we", "us", or "our"). The Platform is owned and operated by ANGHEL DIGITAL SOLUTIONS S.R.L., a company registered in Romania (CUI 52188986, Nr. Reg. Com. J2025053838000), with its registered office at Str. Pitar Mos 27, Et. 5, Ap. 17, Cod 010452, Bucuresti, Romania.

By creating an account on MatchonAI or using any part of the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Platform.

2. Definitions

• "Platform" refers to the MatchonAI web application and all related services.
• "User" refers to any individual who creates an account on the Platform.
• "Subscription" refers to any paid plan (Pro monthly, Pro yearly, or Matchday Pass) purchased through the Platform.
• "AI Insights" refers to all AI-generated match analyses, predictions, statistics, and recommendations provided by the Platform.
• "Content" refers to all text, data, graphics, analyses, and other materials available through the Platform.

3. Account Registration

To access MatchonAI, you must create an account by providing accurate and complete information. You agree to:

• Provide truthful, current, and complete registration information.
• Maintain the security of your account credentials and not share them with third parties.
• Be at least 16 years of age to create an account.
• Maintain only one account per person. Duplicate accounts may be terminated without notice.
• Accept responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. Service Description

MatchonAI is an AI-powered football analytics platform that provides:

• AI-generated match predictions, analyses, and insights.
• Team and player statistics sourced from third-party data providers.
• Match schedules, fixtures, and results across multiple leagues.
• Post-match analysis and performance reports.

The Service is available in both free and paid tiers. Free users have access to limited features, while paid subscribers unlock the full range of AI Insights and analytics.

5. Subscriptions & Payments

MatchonAI offers the following subscription plans:

• Free Plan: Limited access to basic match information and statistics.
• Pro Plan (Monthly/Yearly): Full access to all AI Insights, advanced analytics, and premium features. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period.
• Matchday Pass: One-time purchase granting temporary access to premium features for a specific period.

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method for the applicable fees. Prices are displayed in the currency shown at the time of purchase and include applicable taxes where required.

Auto-renewal: Pro subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.

Refund policy: Once an AI analysis or insight has been generated and delivered, the associated usage is non-refundable. For unused subscription periods, refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis at our discretion.

6. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

This is critically important: All AI Insights, predictions, match analyses, and recommendations provided by MatchonAI are for informational and entertainment purposes only.

• AI Insights do not constitute financial advice, betting advice, or gambling recommendations.
• We make no guarantees regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any AI-generated content.
• AI predictions are based on statistical models and historical data, which inherently carry uncertainty.
• You acknowledge that any decisions made based on AI Insights are made entirely at your own risk.
• MatchonAI shall not be held liable for any financial losses, betting losses, or other damages resulting from the use of AI Insights.

7. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the Platform for any of the following purposes:

• Scraping, crawling, or using automated tools to extract data from the Platform.
• Reselling, redistributing, or commercially exploiting any Content or AI Insights.
• Using AI Insights to operate or support commercial betting, tipster, or gambling advisory services.
• Accessing the Platform through automated bots, scripts, or other non-human means.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or access the source code of the Platform or its AI models.
• Sharing your account credentials with third parties or allowing unauthorized access.
• Using the Platform in any manner that violates applicable laws or regulations.

8. Intellectual Property

All Content on the Platform — including but not limited to AI-generated analyses, predictions, user interface design, logos, graphics, text, and software — is the exclusive property of ANGHEL DIGITAL SOLUTIONS S.R.L. or its licensors.

By using the Service, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. This license does not include the right to reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any Content.

9. Data & Privacy

We collect and process personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and applicable Romanian data protection laws. As a Romanian/EU entity, we are committed to protecting your privacy.

Data we collect includes but is not limited to: email address, display name, usage analytics, subscription information, and interaction data with AI features. This data is used solely to provide and improve the Service.

10. Limitation of Liability

The Platform and all Content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

• We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
• We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform or reliance on AI Insights.
• Our total aggregate liability to you for any claims arising from your use of the Service shall not exceed the total amount of subscription fees you have paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
• Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by applicable law.

11. Service Availability

We strive to maintain the Platform's availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to:

• Scheduled or unscheduled maintenance.
• Third-party API or data provider outages that affect the availability of match data or statistics.
• Force majeure events beyond our reasonable control.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, with or without notice. We shall not be liable for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Service.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time, without prior notice, if:

• You violate any provision of these Terms.
• You engage in prohibited uses as described in Section 7.
• We are required to do so by law.
• Your account has been inactive for an extended period.

You may delete your account at any time through your account settings. Upon termination, your right to access the Service ceases immediately. Any unused subscription time will be handled in accordance with our refund policy.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. When we make changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. We may also notify you via email or through the Platform for material changes.

Your continued use of the Platform after any changes to the Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using the Service and delete your account.

14. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Romania. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bucharest, Romania.

If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you retain any mandatory consumer protection rights afforded to you under the laws of your country of residence.
